V.A. Drops Ball
The Department of Veterans Affairs did not spend all of the extra $300 million it budgeted to increase mental health services and failed to keep track of how some of the money was used, a government report says.

that totally sucks, as my buddy, Q Madp goes around doing the photography for all the pacific northwest military funerals and many of them are not due to combat deaths, but to PTSD. He keeps up the website www.iraqwarheroes.org and is very conscious of every individual that sacrifices their life for our country, no matter how. when i hear stories like this, where help could have been given but was not, it very much angers me. thanks for posting this, dan.
