T-Mobile is offering free Wi-Fi access to its customers every weekend at 6,500 T-Mobile HotSpot locations throughout the country (which include Starbucks).
I do believe internet access in hotels and coffee shops should be free anyhow (given that you're likely paying for coffee and such) ...but be that as it may, this is a nice move by T-Mobile for its cutomers.
Hopefully this will inspire other cell carriers and internet service providers to follow suit.
