Dems: Bush VA Budget Would Hurt Veterans

President Bush's proposed budget for the Veterans Affairs would prevent about 3,000 Portland vets from getting healthcare, according a minority report from the House Committee on Government Reform. Democratic Congressman Earl Blumenauer says he requested the study after many local veterans contacted him to complain.
