Whats the big deal?

A few of my friends who are in the market for a new notebook or desktop computer look at me strangely when I encourage them to pick up a Mac. A study just released is worthy of note. "Apple's customers are among the most satisfied of any PC vendor measured in a study released Tuesday by the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Apple's success comes from a focus on innovation and improving tech support, according to the professor behind the study. Apple was the only company that received high marks for both quality and support."
